New Signings for 2010/11 - Jermaine Beckford

Jermaine Beckford became our first signing for the up-coming season. Technically, the goalkeeper, Muncha was our 'first signing' as he has agreed to join us after the World Cup, and he agreed a few months ago. He too will join us on free transfer.

Two Free transfers by Moyes indicates our strained budget but also the acute negotiation by Moyes, to attract 2 decent players to join us for free. The millions we save on transfer fee can always be re-injected into the team by giving players a better salary scheme (read : pienear).

Anyway, we welcome Beckford. You will be Evertonised the moment you step into Goodison Park, and do try to score some goals for us.
